X-Xonier Stainless Steel 304 grade Shower Panel System with Rainfall & more (8001) | 7in1

Looks good, finishing is top notch but material used is light quality raising concern over durability. A suggestion was made to the Seller on telephone to cover the top of the panel to protect the mechanism from dust. This is an initial response, how it fares over the years will determine the quality of the product.

All features working properly great shower panel installation easy ..

So good . purchased one more

Product was great with very gud customer service

We are enjoying this nice shower panel. These are negatives1) The main knob became too hard and no clue how to fix it. Very very hard to turn it on. Please help…2) The temperature indicator stopped working quickly though not a big deal!

Very nice product. Well packed and without any damage. It is performing beyond expectations. The mist function is super cool and gives the effect of standing near a water falls. The only minus I could find in the last one month is that the product has to be cleaned completely with a cloth every time after it is used. Otherwise the surface of the product becomes defaced with water droplets which evaporate leaving behind an ugly look. I am using the potable water supplied by the Corporation, still the ugly marks remain. Those with less than potable quality of water will face more issues. And it requires a booster pump either at its water inlet or at the level of the overhead tank. Without that, the showers and taps etc in the product deliver only a small quantity of water, less than your normal shower/taps.

X-XONIER's shower panel and service, both are superb! Their after-sales service is just fantastic, and their product is always great. I haven't installed it yet. I'll share a video after the insulation is done.

Before purchasing this product, I called up customer care number for checking the product. He was very prompt to give me actual demo on video call. Also, he assured me about warranty and after sales service.Product was delivered on time with proper packing. Its working fine since last 15 days. Quality is good. I am really enjoying this shower panel with all its modes. This product is actually value for money.

Exlent

I love the shower. Its the center of attraction in my washroom. The installation was easy the water flow is perfect, I live on 1st floor and did not need any pressure pump. The support team is quite good I believe as I only called them once and the line was busy but within 5 minutes they called me back and gave the support I needed and didnt have to call again. So thumbs up for that. There are lots of options with this shower panel so you just have to get used to the functions if you never used a panel like this before.

The shower panel is really classy and adds a vibrant look in the washroom.easy to install and the manufacturer really made efforts to help me installing the shower panel.the led lights and the display is not working after a while which is a bit disappointing 😞.Other than that the product is very well working.

Good quality product with nice use

Product and company owner are fine and helpful. Only issue is with the service. The 3rd party service is little doubtful. My showerpanel leaks, company requested Mt to get it fixed by some local plumber and even paid for it but it still leaks and I feel now I am by my own. That's the only issue. Thanks

I bought it almost a year back. Worked perfectly fine but due to extra pressure by my pressures pump the over head shower leaked. I asked for spare part to seller on Amazon and got a mobile no. And seller executive responded very well and shipped the spare free of cost as it was with in a year warranty. Highly appreciate and recommend.
